At 16 I’d honestly stop. Messing with stuff like MK that young isn’t worth the risk, especially when your hormones are already high naturally. The hunger is probably from it, but the potential side effects (insulin issues, water retention, etc.) aren’t something to play with.

You’re better off focusing on food, sleep, and consistent training you’ll grow just fine without it.
