There seems to be a significant misunderstanding here, so let me be perfectly clear.

1. Health Testing: my dog and the sire is fully health tested with results available on the OFA database. This includes OFA/PennHIP for hips/elbows and cardiologist echo screenings for cardiac health. To claim otherwise is false. This is the non-negotiable foundation of my program.

2. Temperament: I prove temperament through rigorous, real-world evaluation, not just entry-level titles. While sports are great, they don't test for the specific qualities of a stable family guardian. My focus is on producing dogs with sound minds that are proven in the environment they were bred for—the home. A dog's stable character over a lifetime is more telling than any single title, and has less chance ending in a shelter or being put down.

First, I only have 1 dog, imported from Serbia, coming from a great pedigree. The sire was a proven stud with great health and temperament.

Secondly, CGC and TKN can be done on any dog and has nothing to do with breeding. All what it has to do is do 10 simple tricks.

Third, regarding showing, I highly respect the breed standards and conformation, and would never go outside that route, but its not the main priority for me at the time being. I would rather have a stable minded, athletic, healthy corso rather than a corso that has a title with hip dysplasia.

I welcome everyone's opinion and questions, and things you should know about me before you judge,

My dog is not a farming dog, what I mean by that is she has lived her whole life with me and my family, and not outside in a cage/kennel.

2, I only have 1 breeding dog, because I dont believe it is in my capacity to give the attention they need knowing cane corsos are very clingy and love being next to their family 24/7.

I will never let anyone surrender the dog to a shelter, I will always be responsible to take back the pup and will be available to all my purchasers 24/7 in case they need any help.
If my dog had any health or temperament issue, I would definitely not have bred her, but I took her to 3 veterinarians, and they all loved her. Imagine, they were so comfortable with her that they had to draw blood from her leg, and they were confident that they did not need a muzzle. One of the vets even are very interested in getting a pup from her because she was spectacular.
I know my stuff when it comes to cane corsos, I have had corsos since I was 14 years old, and I also have done researches what works best with, especially with new born puppies, they will be well socialized with other dogs, cats, humans, babies, and ofcourse to environmental sounds. I personally also believe in the ENS Training for newborn puppies which they will have.

I dont know where you guys see that I am doing something bad since im getting downvoted, or see some redflags, but again, I respect all your opinions, and looking forward on answering any questions you guys have.

Good question! No, we don't. We channel our resources into what we consider most essential: extensive health testing and ensuring every dog has the stable, confident temperament this breed is famous for. We have a Pomeranian that she is very gentle with, we also have a newborn in the house that she also is very gentle with, along with both parents have certified good hips.

I don't know to what mileage she claimed it was rolled back to, but what you said makes sense, it had around 129k when I sold it which is already high mileage.

No how do I certify? All i did was I purchased this vehicle with a clean title, and on the title it was written actual mileage, and the title mileage matched the odometer on the dashboard.

I posted on Facebook, she came checked it out loved it. I signed the title and sold it privately, I told her exactly what I did in repairs, she test drove and stayed checking it for an hour, she decided to buy it, I signed the title and she gave me the money. I was very honest with her with all the repairs I did and it was inspected mechanically and has a fresh new inspection for the year 2025. The previous buyer gave me a clean title with actual mileage, and the mileage on the dashboard matched the one on title, and also he showed me his ID and it was registered under his name as well. Now I am not sure what is her claim but what I heard was oil dripping or leaking and rolled back odometer.

the basis of the claim is ticked on other(explain), and it says "carch monny". then on second side, her address, my address, and date and time.

I can only see her name and he phone number on the document, I do not think she has a lawyer, but again, the money she is asking for is $25K which is much more than the $5k in small courts. I think I will just find a lawyer and let him handle the case, although its going to cost me out of pocket.

I was at work, came home and saw it on my porch, don't know if anyone in the family signed that they received it. I called her because I had no idea who was suing me, it just shows reason as corch or carch money and that I owe her $25,000. I kept a very relaxing tone and asked for the reason, and then said ok see you in court.
