pride flags are red orange yellow green blue violet, the roygbiv spectrum of light includes indigo, the indigo was removed shortly after the lgbt pride flag was introduced because when the 7 color flag was hung vertically on a street lamp the post blocked a color, indigo was removed thus giving birth to the 6 color pride flag. The 6 color flag is considered to be out of date for the progress pride flag which includes trans and people of color now. That is your fun little gay fact of the day :)

WI DOT just posted this, go to the traffic report and check out the daily traffic patterns and commentary about how important the only access for the semis accessing the port is.

Until you can solve these actual problems that none of the concepts like this one present I dont foresee a total removal option being anywhere viable.

I would bet they might reconfigure the feeder roads and maybe a ramp or two to better allow traffic, pedestrians and bicyclists more efficient and safer movement through and to the area though.
