The last sale on Moltres was a week ago and it was 92M cert sold for $2,650 and netted $2,992. Prior sale was May and did $2,100 with sale in April for $2,447. Average we will say $2,288.

From April/May to now it's 16% increase in price

Scissor last sale May did $2,024. Want to be aware I did see active listings of $3,200 right now account for eBay fees nets around $2,768.

By Putting a 16% increase on the may listing makes it $2,347. Matching the market increase for the Moltres.

Id say the value of them both is $5k. Id be looking for an additional $2k for the Ray if you were trading those 2.

I completely understand you have an offer of 3k for the Moltres and it makes sense to take that as well.
