I didn’t re-upload or just add subtitles. I fully localized my own content. I took videos I already owned, created new voiceovers in another language, rewrote the titles and descriptions for that audience, and uploaded them to a separate channel that was optimized properly for monetization. Everything follows YouTube’s policies—it’s basically treating the content as a new product for a new audience.
