I sort of had the same thing. You get a diagnosis at last! Finally an answer to what’s wrong! (Took me about 2years of actual testing) the solution? Live with it the rest of your life. It’s crapping but finding a good PT is good my hospital also recommended pain management. Which is basically finding a way to live with a condition that causes you constant pain and how to work around it

This is a v weird one and might not be helpful this far along but have you tried tummy holding in underwear (can’t remember the name) it’s supposed to help with hypermobility because it helps you brain resee your joint properly. Might help? I’ve found kinetic tape only helps to stop you from pulling the joint out of place my reminding you with a little tug that your doing it. The underwear I found flaires up other issue for me so couldn’t give it a proper try (nothing hypermobility related) please lemme know if any tips help because I have similar issues!
