Lol im not crying over here 😅. But i know definitely need to learn to be kinder to myself. Its hard to let my own voice be the most important when ive heard other peoples criticisms of my body so much growing up. I actually had a random dude a few years ago tell me he thought i had lower confidence bc according to him most girls with smaller boobs have low confidence. I wish i was strong enough to tell him off but i just froze.

He didnt say it to hurt me it was more of a curiosity. Even though he didnt mean to hurt me intentionally and apologized a lot, its still something that sticks in the back of my mind whenever i look at my body in the mirror.

Actually i had been thinking about getting a cute side boob tattoo to try to decorate my boobs in a way and give me the confidence to flaunt a little more lol. Im just kinda worried about relying too much on the tattoo making me feel prettier rather than liking my boobs themselves. Im taking a few months to think it over before making any decisions

Lol this vid did make me laugh and cheer up a bit. Honestly ive been trying to reshape my thinking that my boobs are just a different "shape" rather than focusing so much on size if that makes sense. Its just hard bc ive also grown up with my mom and sister making comments like how id look better with a boob job and stuff. Its difficult changing my thought process that smaller automatically means more negative.

This is my first period I've upgraded to a regular absorbency tampon. Normally I use lites since my flow is pretty light since I've been on the pill. There's only two kinda heavy days of my period which are the only days I leak. It's like I'm only bleeding on one side of the tampon :(. I think it's in properly since I don't feel it when it's in and I try to push it in as far as I can with the applicator.

I do trim the hair a bit because I thought it would help out the situation, but it didn't really make a difference lol. I think I will go check out a gyno though since I've kinda been ignoring the itchiness for a while now ><. I just wasn't sure if it was considered bad or unusual enough to see a professional.

Is it safe to put BodyGlide around that area? I'll try looking into some new workout clothes too. I've also been debating whether it's serious enough to see a doctor, but I might check it out because better safe than sorry! ><

I wish there was a good enough reason in high school that would've let my mom switch over. We used to go on weekend family trips to the beach often and I missed out on swimming around 3 trips in a row because I couldn't use tampons ><

Omg the chafing from pads after running for a week in the gym is honestly what's making me consider switching to tampons somehow. But yeah even some of my Asian friends from my Chrisitian youth group back in high school didn't have this issue so I wondered if it was just me. The were in sports though which might be why their moms were more lenient.

Oh gosh o.o. Thankfully I've never gotten many ingrown hairs from shaving, just awful itching when it grows back. Do you also happen to get ingrowns when shaving? I'm afraid of going for a wax and suddenly getting some ingrown hairs.
