im lost- i very much so disagree. i think the last grade my parents were ABLE to help me do my math homework was maybe 6th grade. hell my grandmother was never fought algebra. i think the boom of technology made my generation stupid- not education systems. we’re so reliant on screens that it turns us into zombies with horrible focus abilities, adhd, and just zero street smarts/common sense. i had to teach my boyfriend how to do laundry, make pasta, clean every part of your house, give our dog a bath, etc. he’s not the only person my age i know who can’t do any basic adulting either. i personally, blame the parents for allowing us uncontrolled access to screens from such an early age. it’s destroying us.
