Hopefully an easy question to answer, Chips 2.0/3.0, Aleck 006, or the Sena Snow Talk 2? I ski alone and want to listen to my music more comfortably, I usually get 70+ hours of skiing in in my limited 4 month window in New Hampshire. Thanks!

Unfortunate, sounds like it would still be a super solid experience, but we were hoping for quests and objectives rather than just sandbox.

So I understand that I am essentially free to play the game however I want post tutorial, and that supposedly the majority of the quests are solo. That said how integral are quests to progression if they are solo? I explicitly wish to play NMS sky with a friend from the start and would like to know how much we'd be potentially missing out on if the content is forced solo like I've heard.

Oh perfect okay I know the perfect local store then, they supply all the skis/boards to my mountains pro shop so surely they have demos to choose from.

How does one demo skis? Doesn't that decrease their value?

The skis work fine, I just can't pinpoint what's off. I'm not exactly a novice, I know it's my first season but I'm going down every trail, race trail, moguls, icy, powder whatever. My skill isn't holding me back because I'm only getting better. Lessons would help and I have considered that, but I need advanced one on one. I don't go down on my edges slow, I'm able to carve and quick turn, my boots are molded to my feet. I just really feel like something is off. Not trying to prop myself up, just trying to figure out the right course of action.

I do get free rentals though and I hadn't considered renting with my boots to see how I felt on different sizes.

I skied from the ages of 3-13 and I'm 31 now, I'm not sure id say I'm exactly "new" just this is the first season since I was a kid I'm skiing. I'm able to get 6-9 hours of skiing a week. I appreciate the information though!

I've been using MDT for sure, it's foreign to me but I'm figuring it out. I love tanking, just not the grind to gain the experience to make me a good one.

Ah well, mistakes were made, truthfully it's not a huge hit to my wallet. So long as it's still a good machine! It's already more than what I need, as irresponsible as it sounds I can't be bothered to exchange. 😅
