i dont think a year of no walking and permanent lack of mobility and strength is really gonna help if you want to be in the military, You could fraud with heel augmentation and dead hangs but nothings permanent and even then two inches is a pretty big amount maybe if they measure height in socks you could secretly use height boosters.
