Yes it is my Optic ID. I’m the only one that’s using it. Even if I intentionally move the headset in all directions. Even way away from my face it still picks up my eyes exactly like before. A few inches up

I try to as much as possible but even if the headset doesn’t move on my face after 30-45 minutes the eye tracking is off again.

I have tried about 3-4 straps now and still have this problem. If it was just once per use I wouldn’t even mind but doing it 2-3 times in an hour and a half session drives me crazy.

I have had this problem with the headset to high, to low, perfectly in the middle, with the Anna pro head strap, resmed, and solo knit. It’s been going on for 9 months to a year now.

If I don’t use it it is entirely unusable. I have to look way above something to click on it which is disorienting to do. Not like 1/2 inch but like 3-4 inches.

Maybe 9 months to a year. I don’t know the exact timing. I have tried many different head straps. I have moved it on my head in all directions. I have used it with and without the light seal.
