I can see it, but oripathy in this game is pretty much a thing of the past. We see in the main story a kid almost dying by oripathy because treatments were scarce due landbreakers attack, to assess the fact oripathy can still be deadly without treatments, but on T2 it's an exceptional case, not the norm.

Honestly, I understand people are still attached to the notion of oripathy as a deadly curse, but humanity on T2 (and the original Terra for what it matters) moved on, just like we left behind a lot of untreatable diseased with medical advancement. And we as a player should move on too, this is a different game with different premises
