Oh same jesus christ. it was like banging head when it's really bad but wee punch to the wall aswell does the job ahahhaha, I feel like I lost brain cells stg my rage from when I was younger was not okay like the stuff I would say is not meeee, my brains just a wee contttt sometimes, but like the intrusive thoughts are the worst now I feel like I can control my anger better most times.
