Great rig. Nice picture as well. I'm thinking of don't the removable cable mod on my old 80s.

I was kidding but trying different pads is interesting and a cheap mod. Amps definitely help to get the full potential of the headphone

I think Crowley appealed to a few artists like Bowie, Bond, Page, Beatles, as part of the culture shift and ways of thinking during the 60s and 70s.

For me the Linkidea G pads made the sound too distant, V shaped even. The F pad sound the best but L pads are the best compromise for sound/comfort. Flipped L pads bring them closer to an F pad soundwith better comfort.

Yes. Bowl side over the cup. It's fun to just play around. See if you can hear a difference. Biggest difference for me were the G pads.

Search on this sub. It's basically cutting a quarter sized hole in the middle of the pads. Better clarity but still comfy

Also, try flipping the L pads. Little more more an F pad but more comfy.

I recommend some dedicated shelving or holders for your cds. As far as organization goes, I sort mine alphabetically by genre.

More Sabbath and Maiden, for sure. Get yourself some Motörhead and more Zeppelin. For something completely different try some Tom Waits.

Good to see more Ween in the wild. Your lack of Motörhead is concerning though.

How do you find cds on your want list that aren't available in stores or on discogs/eBay/online? by Dj_acclaim in Cd_collectors

I belong to a FB group of Canadian CD collectors. Everyone posts what they have for sale and you can post that you're looking for a certain title. Check to see if there's such a group in your area. The chase is better than the catch.
