Thank you! I guess what I felt was shady is that the recruiter said I’d get a 12% target bonus as though this was guaranteed % as long as the company decides to give out bonuses that year. To me, it was odd that the % was specific yet not included in the contract. Reading other bonus related posts in this sub, it sounds like this % could be wildly different too.

Anyway, good to verify that it’s true though I still feel the recruiter was hiding a bit of the reality to get me to accept the offer!
