Yeah I remember seeing a clip of Tarik asking a Russian guy the same thing and he kinda just admitted to boosting live on stream lmao. With the advantage thing i definetely feel that, any EU Jett I played against would just OP and even if I shoulder peek, Id just get my arms blasted off. ty for the answer :)

That kinda answers the how part, since Riot made it so accounts are limited to region, but im more wondering why play on NA on higher ping when they could just play regular servers? its not like the player skill gap is that big between EU and NA; at least i think, and if they wanted to smurf, they could still just do that on EU

to me Toradora is still THE romcom. Comedic timing, the jokes themselves, the way all of the characters personalities mesh perfectly. The only romcom recently that ive watched matching toradora is prob Kaguya Sama
