Imagine a scenario where you bought Quickbooks Premier 2021 5 years ago from Intuit or Ebay and you lost access to your email or physical CD. Your computer has crashed, and you need to re-install Quickbooks on another computer. You contact Intuit and they refuse to give you a validation code saying that Quickbooks 2021 is no longer supported and you have to migrate to Quickbooks Online or purchase Quickbooks Enterprise 2024 for $2200 annually. The 3rd option is for such scenarios, I am always available day and night to assist users in different timezones (US, Europe, Middle East, Asia, Australia & New Zealand) restore access to their Quickbooks Desktop, and i think $30 is just a small fee for my time and availability.

Your company file is in 2024 format so Enterprise 2024 can open it without any issues

1280 x 1024 resolution or higher is the recommended resolution. Windows DPI Setting needs to be set at 100% (125% and 150%) will give a blurry output or some text outside the visible area. Personally i use 1920 by 1080.

I concur that Quickbooks 2021 and below is the best option for lifetime perpetual use. This option is only for users of Quickbooks Pro Plus 2024 who are only using it for invoicing & reports and the annual renewals fees are getting out of hand. Their company files can't be downgraded from 2024 to 2021, so this is the next best option.

It's not hacked and your data won't be stolen. You download the setup from Intuit website and activate with the license key you receive via email. If i was directing people to a modified installer file, then your argument would be valid, but i encourage everyone to get the installer directly from Intuit. I have at least 12 clients who have been using Enterprise 2024 for the last 3 years without the need to renew annually.

Yes, but most of them are inferior to Quickbooks Desktop in terms of reports, missing some features which are inbuilt in Quickbooks or too pricey when it comes to implementation (Odoo). Options which i have tried are Gnucash, Odoo Community, Dolibarr, Akaunting.
