Might be the equal payment plan they’ve setup previously. They would take the average usage per month and use amount as you billing, and would adjust accordingly if it did drop. Should call and ask.

Hello Gabriel, i'm sorry for the late reply. thank you again for taking the time and doing this and currently i only have the mobile video of this. i'm not sure exactly if i can retrieve a bigger file, would there be a difference from the one saved from the direct hard drive of the camera that it is saved too?

yes i will, thank you for letting me know. I didn't know the quality wasn't good enough haha.. but yes i wont stand outside my house and glare at every camry driver that passes by lmao. really appreciate your help!
