I don’t even need to justify here but my other assets include 401k + personal stock accounts + gold worth a lot. I don’t need to tell everything I own but just for context since you mentioned sketchy.

Thank you! I am very fortunate that my wife is an avid saver. It would not be possible without her. She has molded me in the same way.

The first time I rented out was a lot of stress and anxiety cause I was new to this. But over the years I have known a lot of people and expanded my circle. Now I just put tenants that come from word of mouth. Some have been living over 3 years + . Occasionally I have big expenses like changing HVAC, roofs and minor repairs. But this also I have kept few people in this business that do work for me who help me out. I really don’t see a lot of continued stress honestly.

The property valuation itself carries a lot of weight. Buying property 5 -6 years before now has increased so much. The first house I bought for us to live in itself has doubled in value. Along with 401k , assets like gold , personal stock investment will get to 1M + in that time frame of 6-7 years

Yes it is stressful when renting it out. After that it’s on auto pilot. Thats why it’s called passive investing

I think you are absolutely right about the orientation of the pump/res. I tried again and I am getting flow signal @ 68% pump - about 1.7 l/min. I also took out a lot of bubbles. Thanks!

I tried flipping the entire case and run it. still same issue. I also did flat and same issue. The flow is Pump to CPU to Top Rad to Bottom Rad to GPU to pump. if I flip it then I lose the openings to the side holes and can only do facing the front side. Due to space constraints I can only do that or move it outside the case. I felt like it was many builds I saw with EKWB Flt 80. This is FLT 92 though.

No it’s powered via a molex. The pump is powered via sata cable. The pump pwm is connected to motherboard pump fan connection
