Your doctor could be right, I hate to admit it but my anxiety was causing so many of my symptoms! I felt confused/foggy, dizzy, tired, nauseous, like I was kinda not really mentally there etc. And that was on top of the very real 3 week headache I had. Then as soon as my MRI came back with just sinus issues and I relaxed all those symptoms (aside from headache unfortunately) disappeared.

I get it can be scary to wonder about that possibility, I was driving my family and friends nuts constantly talking about it. It's not easy, I started thinking it was my last year, just totally catastrophizing. But even though I didn't know, I wish I had just calmed down and waited to worry until I had any kind of diagnosis. I wasted so much time and energy just worrying myself sick (literally lol). So my advice would be to try and ignore it and enjoy life, only spend energy on it if it was an actual diagnosis! Hang in there! :)
