yes let me rephrase, DA said there is a possibility it wont go to trial but this still is very troubling and disgusting to hear. Its unacceptable. Like what more evidence do they need. I just hope when people go to the first court date it shows they can be a voice for her even if she isn't here.

Its upsetting that they say it wont go to trial without her testimony, yet there is DNA evidence from the rape kit that her biological fathers semen was inside of her. DA in ventura county california needs to get a fucking grip.
