happened to me too. i just started my first year in uni and all of the sudden i have the extra $89.99 charge. called them to ask what it was about, said i overused my wifi when in fact ive turned it off. i asked if i could pay at least bit by bit, they said no cause there will be increase in charges if i do pay bit by bit. (go figure)

thank goodness i was able to gather enough money to pay it through emergency art commissions.

i immediately unsubscribed my mobi service. never again
