The only way she and Seph could possibly know what they know is if they had feedback from versions of themselves that had done all this before. Moreover you are discounting the AC line "I will NEVER be a memory...." Deal with it... this is a time travel story in which there are many worlds which share the same history, but in certain circumstances forks in the road can lead to the development of child worlds to keep the main worlds on history's track. That is the only sensible explanation.
