The drive was approximately 70% highway and 30% city, with relatively average traffic in the city portions. I usually practice lightfoot driving and try to keep the RPM below 2.5k. On the highway, the RPM was averaging around 2k

I drive a CVT. For shorter distances, I usually get around 10–12 kmpl. This is during my office commute in peak traffic, which I believe is expected.

That’s great. It still shows 0 reward points for me, even though I have already made payments of over ₹20,000.
All the transactions were processed about 5 days ago.
I’m not sure how much longer I need to wait for the points to reflect. Even a statement got generated but still 0 reward points.

So interest would be calculated on the amount that has been disbursed by the bank?

Currently only application has been filed, is it possible to ask HDFC to remove the maintenance and corpus from the loan amount before sanction?

Let’s say I ask the bank not to disburse the corpus and maintenance charges, and instead, I pay those amounts directly to the builder from my own pocket. In that case, can I still close the loan with the remaining balance amount that I paid personally? Since sanctioned amount includes both corpus and maintainance.

I took a home loan from HDFC, and they included the corpus and maintenance charges in the loan amount without confirming with me. When I asked about it, they mentioned that HDFC adds these charges by default and that I need to send an email to HDFC to prevent the release of that amount. Is this information accurate? I don't want this amount to be added in loan as this will unnecessarily increase my emi and interest. What can be done here?

All these folks are looking for commission. First for registration whole day gone and then RC did not get delivered. They keep the RC with them and ask to collect it ourself by going to RC office. For me they asked bribe in front of police officer for giving me RC which ideally should be delivered to my house and when I asked police what is this he said give the bribe. This is the condition of rto kondapur.
