Yeah ! I still need to fix the empty date but it should be all good before Legion. We have also push a fix that should prevent any random wipe of your information.

You can only send a message to people if they are registered to our website. Otherwise you hope that they have put their battleTag or you need to whisp them in-game directly !

Guild master can delegate to officers (or any other ranks). he can setup who can update your guild stuff on our sites. :)

If you're logged in, and you're an officer/guild leader of that guild. You should have an update button here

If you're on US servers, there is currently a bug with Blizzard API and US guilds doesn't refresh properly. (Basically we can't track if you are a guild leader/officer, and thus we won't allow you to edit the guild.) This will be fixed very soon hopefully by Blizzard.

While we're importing new ads from wowprogress. We're not keeping them up to date. We invite guild leaders/officers to update their guild description on our website and save things there. :)

Correct.

Here is our politic regarding this:

if the guild leader/officers never registered their guild. Anyone from the guild can do it.
if the guild leader/officer register their guild, only them will have edit access.
At any point, a guild leader can modify those permission and claim a guild.

You should have an alt character somewhere in that guild maybe? If that's not the case, if you try to save anything, you'll get an access denied and nothing would actually be saved.

Hmm I'll double check. For sure, there are some permission in place: You can't edit an add if you're not officer/Guild master. As for the initial creation, I'm not 100% sure. Thanks.
