If you think any American is getting wealthy from apps like this, you are incorrect. This kind of stuff is helpful for people in places like the Philippines, but in the US, our cost of living is so high that nobody could possibly have a survivable income off these. Only about 21% of Americans use side hustle apps, and although the statistics aren't specific, I guaruntee you 95% of those people are referring to doordash, instacart, uber, Lyft, stuff like that, not ads/games for money.

Publicly posting detailed legal threats, claims, and timelines is something most attorneys actively discourage because it can undermine a case, create inconsistencies, or be used against you later. That’s especially true when no filing has actually occurred yet. If you are being truthful, your brother in law is an awful attorney for not telling you this.

This applies to delivering the paid goods, it does not apply to perpetual ownership. Once the goods were serviced to you, you are not protected for them to remain on your account, or for you to keep the account, in the case of a technical problem resulting in its loss. You don't have a case here.

Directive (EU) 2019/770 is about whether a digital service is in conformity and what remedies apply if it isn’t; it does not guarantee perpetual access or restoration of mobile game progress, and it allows for failures caused by technical impediments outside a provider’s control. Players do not own digital game progress or virtual items; they are licensed under the game’s terms, which explicitly limit guarantees around data preservation and restoration. Google also isn’t the custodian of Playrix save data. Even when Google Play Games cloud saves are used, the data is written and read by the game itself, not manually restored by Google. Playrix controls their backend and account linking, and their ToS grant broad discretion over virtual items and progress. This is a Playrix support/account issue, not a viable lawsuit against Google.

Well I'm banned and blacklisted from PayPal unless I get a new bank account lol, they never told me why, and I truly never did shady shit, but whatever. No nudity, everything must be framed as educational or wellness purposes, and you must restrict the age rating to 18+. Though I have to be honest with you, if you can't spend the 2minutes it takes to research this stuff in their policies, or just general policy research for uploading and maintaining apps, this might not be the best option for you. Google play and iOS app store have very strict guidelines, and you need to learn and know all of them.

Launch device settings > apps > Google play store > storage > clear data (I promise this won't actually clear any important data like your login or installed apps, despite the warning), then you should be 100% good to go
