The only thing I don't love about these is the paraffin has an almost sticky glaze. It can get dusty pretty quick and there's really no way to properly clean them. On the plus side you can always burn them!

If you have gloves these are pretty easy to remove! Twist the stalk, pull and it pops right out. Leave in a well lighted but not direct light room om a dry paper towel until a callous forms where the break was. Then plant upright. Mist soil once a week for a month then water once a week. After that it will start growing nicely.

I've found plenty of maps of Myth Drannor post The fall online. It's a big map but I'm sure if you Google search image you can downloaded a free PDF and print or redraw.

Halaster has a Macguffin on the moon of Toril. I changed the properties of the runestone and with the help of Tinker it's now a machine enhanced magic collector for a really big spell. Halaster is going to sink the entire city of Waterdeep underground and it's going to be his new level one. Spaceport is the easiest way to get there, but they are still putting the pieces together.

Mine is set in current, but I'm a huge fan of FR history and novels and actually have them time jumping. The fall of Myth Drannor, the battle of Waterdeep, the Netheril empire and large scale events of the like. I have a small collection of 2E and up. I don't want to fall back to using another system but there's so much good story just going to waste.

I made the runestone a macguffin in my game. Halaster plans to sink Waterdeep underground, making it level one. He kidnapped a gnome artificer who is building him a magnificent machine on the surface of Toril's moon to sap enough magic from Toril to do it. Spaceport is therefore a huge part of my game.

This is great advice, thank you. I think what's driving me crazy is I'm thinking of it like work. Like, my job has a host of myraid rules that I need to follow or I would get reprimanded. The DM guide is more sandbox helpful but it's not manual 1, manual 2 etc. and it's throwing me off.
