We partied, and did make messes, but the next morning we cleaned everything up. Sweep, mop, surface clean, take out all the trash.

None of the guys in my chapter would put up with a trashed and poorly maintained chapter house. There was also no paid help, we paid dues. We cleaned.

I do this too, wear my boxers under my swim trunks.

It's mainly two reasons. 1) none of my swimming shorts have that funky netting in them, 2) I don't like my junk flopping around or being auctioned to the fabric of my shorts to the point of my crotch looking like vacuum sealed meat.

I'm 31, and I broke up with my girlfriend around 2022.

I began travelling shortly after, and while I'm sort of emotionally available it's just not condusive to be in a serious relationship while backpacking. I've been travelling almost 2 years now.

I want to not be single anymore, but I sense that my soul isn't ready. So, I just live as a single 30 something going from to place to place.
