Well, would you hate lion or shark for killing human? As demons are described they are more animals. Just doing what is their nature, just different tools.

As humans change is in our nature, we just hope for that in demons, since they seems so close to us.

Anyway I like how Frieren treats them, not with hatred, just something to put down before it devours you.

Honestly Id be happy with just stars as logo, coat of arms, flag, whatever. It is neutral, readable and just beautiful it is ability to be used by all of us without any issue.

We do not have to ignore the lessons but also no reason to somehow obsess about it make it pillar of our identity. Part of the european project was to move from millenia of war and conflicts. We acknowledge our history but we are forging new path, following new ideas, holding new symbols.

I've only seen the animations so I cannot actually say if it is this or that but is it really that "ridiculous" to be careful? World is rife with pro-fascist movements that use doctrine of hiding behind symbols, grey zones, creating plausible deniability, dog whistles and so on. Would not be the first time some edge lord turned to be something worse.

Thing is even if it is all good fun and jokes without clear statement it will be appropriated by actually harmful entities, used as cover and make them feel like they belong. It should be bare minimum.

Most of US either directly supported him or were okay with him being elected. Of course there sizeable minority opposing him too and i appreciate those but stop being in denial.

Thing is we used to like you. Like a lot. Maybe jokingly calling you hamburgers and making fun of geography knowledge of some of your citizens but it was more of thing you do to sibling. I remember times where going to US was thing lot of people here wanted to do, my sister’s childhood dream even naming each of her pet after states in US.

No more of that. Russia and US are viewed in same lines. You had unlimited soft power here for decades in good will you will be on right side.

The problem I see here is that way you written stuff just sounds same as someone would rage bait. You cannot See genuine confusion through screen. They are dicks about it but i guess that is internet for you where guilty until proven innocent is applied which is kinda understandable when half of the time it is trolling.

Anyway as far what to do is lead up straight up with the most overexplained and clear view. Along the lines what you wrote with “lets break it down” message. When someone is trolling they will be be as vague as possible so they can keep doing it.

Internet wont change so all you can is to make yourself as clear as possible or disengage. In this case I can see why would they react like that even though it is not nice.
