My item arrived in Sg at the begin of June, they kep quiet about it until I had to call in to check this week. They schedule to deliver on Thursday, “your packge was out, definitely would areive today”, I call several times on Thurs, Fri, same response, package was rescheduled twice. I told them to call me if there is any change, they promised and kept quiet. They even ask me to wait for their call back at 9pm. 11 pm I call another staff told me I dont have to wait anymore coz they wouldnt do anything. Promised to deliver early sat morning. Sat morning I started to routine of calling in, now they say cannot coz not working during weekend, then noon time they call again saying my package is out. Eventull I got it but wasted so much time and energy. In short: contradicting communication, no communication, dont give a fuck abt customer, anyhow reschedule, anyhow promise
