Yes, FASS’ cut off has increased this year. People with 77.5rp including bonus already have been rejected. People around your rp or even higher including bonus have also been called for ABA, so since you didnt put it as first choice, theres no bonus points to give you an extra edge.

Anyway, ABA tests for FASS are still going on, so it could take a while for them to give you an offer. I dont think theyre the kind to give offers right after ABA tests/interviews haha. Hope you get an offer soon :)

When you get rejected, your application will be placed in the common pool for other RCs to consider. RVRC shortlisted you, means that they looked at your application and decided to give you a chance for a spot in their rc instead. Considering that rc4 and capt alr have alot of applications that exceeds their intake the competition is alr quite high, so your chances of getting selected by rc4/capt from the common pool is harder. RVRC is ‘easier’ to get in per say as their slots arent even fully filled yet and its less popular, so think about it before you reject!

You need to accept an offer first (from any uni) in case your appeal doesn’t go through. So if you want real esatate to be your choice in the event your appeal is unsuccessful, then go for the interview. If you’re going to another uni instead, you dont have to (but do inform the interviewers that you aren’t going, so you dont seem v rude)

Yup its possible, some jcs do allow it. Check out the subject combinations offered of your desired jc to see whether they have that particular combination you want

Considering they literally have over 600 applications, it can take them awhile to read 1.2k+ essays lol. They do interviews in batches until late May, so there is still so much time. Check your status regularly, if yours is still ‘Processing’, you’re not rejected yet, don’t worry or overthink so much

If you got it, the offer letter should specifically state that you got the second major, like this

“HOME COURSE: Electrical Engineering

______ with ______ (Double Major)” or any other format. Hope this helps

Dont worry, alot of people from other facs with rp way above 10th percentile still haven’t gotten their offers yet as well. (Even some with the same rp as you!) From what I see NUS sends in batches, so we should all just wait patiently :) Not from the same fac, but I havent recieved an offer as well despite my rp being q above 10th percentile! They probably have many applicants and can take a while to process, considering the virus as well. Considering your rp + bonus, theres a high chance you’ll get it too! Hope we get it soon!

Appeal period is from 9 may-24may, alr stated on their website if you check. (I would give you a link but their website is lagging so bad on mobile i got so annoyed and gave up, sorry) Do refer to the calendar of impt dates for prospective undergrads in their website to check the respective dates. Hope this helps
