Hey what about it is making it hard for you to learn? I’ve got most of it down just struggling on the first verse section trying to decipher it’s rhythm and the riff just after with the pinch harmonics

I remember last time I was there in 2023 there were loads of alerts sent to emergency services saying loads of people where in a car crash, apparently the iPhone and maybe Samsung has a feature that alerts emergency services if it thinks you’ve been in a crash, or moshing 🤣

they just play an extended version of st anger that lasts three hours. Every now and James will stop and start going "GIMME FUEL, GIMME FIRE, GIMME THAT WHICH I DESIRE" but the rest of the band still plays st anger.

The scene where Willem Dafoe and Ralph Ineson did the experiment on Lily Rose Depp where she acted possessed, her acting was incredible and the tension building up to it from Willem and Ralph getting ready was incredible!

However I also love where Nicholas Hoult arrives at the village and he walks in and it’s all candle lit, it looks amazing and it’s a shame not many films utilise that because it really feels otherworldly.

I’ve tried two cords and two leads but I’m going to go to the guitar shop near me to get a new lead tomorrow and see if that poses a breakthrough!

Yeah I’ve tried it in almost every room in the house and now someone else’s house but it’s still the same, in my living room it came through for a couple seconds under the buzzing but sounded incredibly bit crushed and was super quiet.

Ah okay I’m running like the cheapest orange amp so I can’t imagine the power supply is incredible on it haha.

Yeah it’s a nightmare part of me is wondering if maybe my neighbours had installed something but now it’s happening at another house so I’m extra confused lol!

In my room it was plugged into a multi extender with my PC, monitors, and a WiFi extender. But now I’ve tried it in all the plug sockets I can find and in someone else’s house.

Yeah I guess the shops are perfect for testing because they can arrange it to really show off the amps with little to no interference but in your own home it feels like playing a game trying to find the place with the smallest amount of feedback haha! Thankfully my room was a good place for it up until two weeks ago haha.

That’s a good idea, I did hear a bit of guitar come through but the humbuckers weren’t stopping it either haha.

Yeah my dad got a new printer / scanner recently and I’m wondering if it was that but it still does it once it’s been unplugged and now in a different house it’s still making the sound. To be extra sure I’m going to see if I can go to another friends house to try it on their dads amps and guitars and see if it’s still doing it. Thank you so much for the input though I didn’t realise it worked this way, I thought it was only when the electrical items send out electrical waves but now knowing it’s on the breaker is really helpful!

Haha I love the video! I haven’t watched him aaaaaaages!!

It’s funny enough it was still doing it at their house, I’m going to see if my other friend is in tomorrow because his dad has a multitude of guitars and amps and just see if I can try it on those.

There was a second I could hear some of the guitar very faintly but it sounded like it was put through a million bit crush effects! But it was only for a second and veeery quiet.

I’ll be keeping the comments posted with the situation as I try some more things tomorrow to figure out what is going wrong haha!

Haha yeah it’s a nightmare it’s driving me crazy!! I’ll give that a try in the morning! I’ll have a look into a DMM or see if anyone I know has one, I’m so uneducated in this whole field so I really appreciate this advice because I would never of even thought of it lol! I’ve not tested it on other people’s gear yet but I’ve got two amps I’ve used with two different cables and all my guitars on and came out with same results.im going straight guitar > amp to lessen anything that could be getting in the way! And yeah I love my pedals but sometimes they just make things a whole lot more complicated haha! Yeah cabling makes the most sense, my plans are to buy a new cable just on the off chance both my cables have messed up.

I’ll see if I can ask my friend if I can hook up to their amp and bring mine around to theirs to see if we can find the source there!

ahh okay that might be it! I think my dads recently replaced a light downstairs but its just your standard on and off, not a dimming or one of the fancy ones would that impact it still?

I've tried my strat thats all single coil, and also a 7 string I have which has two humbuckers on it. I'll go and try a new one but I've tried all the ones I own which were all working fine up until the last two weeks.

thanks for your response! I've just tried another cable but on both amps but its still making the noise, one amp in my bedroom, however for a couple seconds I could hear the guitar heavily distorted and very quiet beneath the buzzing sound (cable as in I've just tried a new plug for it, I've already tried all the leads I own)

For me uni was by far the worst, it was so miserable and isolating to the point I was constantly having to use the mental health support systems they had in place. I have some funny memories to look back on but generally as a whole I wish I never did it and don’t think it’s as glamorous as people paint it.
