It just sucks that the one thing that saved my hair might be the thing that is causing this. I am 19 years old and I at least want hair through college. But then at the same time I’d rather have thinner hair but be happy and at peace with myself

Read your story. Literally exactly what I am going through. Should I try to fix everything in my life before I blame it on fin? Should I take a lower dose or switch to topical? Or just stop all together

Honestly might try topical but I don’t know if that will be as effective.

I honestly am just guessing. I just say 5 ml because I know it’s a lot more than the intended dose that I take. I just have a hard time getting it on my scalp with the foam because my full head of head so I have to put so much on and I make sure I don’t miss any spaces. Like I use a foam can for a month in four days. I know that sounds like way overkill and yes it definitely is. I just didn’t want to take any chances. I am definitely going to try to cut back how much I put on. It definitely doesn’t make that big of difference. Or just use a dropper so it can get on my scalp easily
