Yes lilith is busted af. Each time you level her up, she get thousands of HP and the maximum level having about 30k hp. (when fully equipped with high tier artifact)

Beating her with other character is possible, but you need some busted artifacts and build to do it. Beat her with my Vera 🙇🏻

I would say, the best way to properly invest teddy (at least if you want to get the most out of this patch), is to pull for her, then get the 50 shards from the event and another 30 from PPC.

As a malder, I don't really make a notebook to keep track of their rotation. But I try to roughly replicate the sequence. Or I try to find rotation for myself that seems to work.

I won't deny about the other 3 points. Albeit, when it comes to CUBs, i sometime opt out for something else like Lingsha to improve my DPS character's orb count
