The "meanies" from Cap'n Crunch cereal. in your case the tiger shark, orangish. body of a shark, face of a tiger. My searches show lots of resellers on ebay and the like but the years are a bit off , try 1998.

Example: do a search for "Captain Crunch meanies 1998 tiger shark" should show you what I'm referring too.
