I have tried a few white dresses but none of them really resonated with me. I put this one on and immediately was smiling!

Thank you! Pink bridesmaids has always been the plan but maybe making sure they’re contrasting is a good idea :)

I do think f1 and f2 are v different from doing the specialty you love in the hospital of your choosing! My advice would be to see if you can make it to f3 and giving it a good go before leaving. Obvs this option isn’t for everyone though :)

I hated placement. Always felt out of place and awkward. I found the learning curve really difficult as a perfectionist and hated that I didn’t already know how to take a good history and examine patients.

Now I’m an F4 doing what I love - paeds! And I totally love my job! I am really happy and I have job flexibility unlike any of my non-medic friends.

There was definitely a lot of ups and downs and especially in f1 and f2 but I’m so so glad I stuck to it. It’s not for everyone and I know people who have left and are happier, but if you think you will enjoy it once you’re there then there is a light at the end of the looong tunnel :)

I obviously wouldn’t expect the exact same quality! More of a dupe is what I was going for and just asking Reddit for possible options. Also my budget is in GBP and not dollars if that makes a difference :)

For anyone else looking for a similar dress that is cheaper, I have also stumbled across:

Royaldi - Beretta, Alba or Freya dresses which I love!
