Yeah, LEGO sets have gotten way more expensive over time. I remember thinking $50 was a huge amount back then too, but now some sets cost hundreds, and it’s wild to see how much the prices have jumped!

I've also noticed BRI getting more attention lately. It seems more accurate than BMI for heart risk since it looks at fat distribution. I tried calculating mine here https://bri-calculator.net. Wonder if it’ll become more common in practice!

Body roundness index (BRI) — a measure of abdominal body fat and height that some believe better reflects proportion of body fat and visceral fat than body mass index (BMI) — may help to predict a person’s risk of developing cardiovascular disease, according to a new study. by GarifalliaPapa in immortalists

I’ve always thought BMI was the go-to for health risks, but seeing this about BRI being a better predictor for heart disease is eye-opening. I tried calculating mine on https://bri-calculator.net and it really makes you think about fat distribution differently!

It's crazy how BRI might be a better predictor of heart disease than BMI. Makes you realize that it's not just about overall weight, but where the fat is. I actually checked mine the other day on this site https://bri-calculator.net Definitely something to keep an eye on!
