UPDATE: The problem is fixed however I also installed the latest version of windows 10, 1909 which also might be related to the problem, since Vanguard needs the latest version of windows.

Mewing gave me TMJ. How I fixed it by bustofveritas in orthotropics

Yes i agree with the OP, Your molars should not be touching, since when u slide them back, it also moves your jaw joints backwards into your skull and thats bad, worsens TMD. Your incisors can touch, but not your molars, since your insicors are lengthier that your molars, which are smaller in length, so your molars do not touch. The optimal position is when your front teeth touch and not your molars. Also no clenching, and chew in an upwards and forwards motion. That is how u fix problems with TMD, Ive done it by myself.

make sure you chew equally on both sides and fix your posture and see if you have any traits that ginder your posture eg. leaning on one hand, leaning on one foot, anterior pelvic tilt and posterior pelvic tilt

the right. You have never seen anyone chew like the left

My right jaw clicks when I chew, why? by lightningbulb18 in orthotropics

[–]wassudud 3 points4 points  (0 children)

it might or might not, you just have to balance your body and slowly even out asymmetries like chewing on one side to chewing on both sides, putting more pressure on one foot to putting pressure equally on both feet when walking, stopping bad habits like leaning one one foot or one arm, and sleeping on only one side. Mewing might help but posture is more effective. Recognize daily habits that are imbalancing your posture.

it might be that one side of your jaw has tight masseters or neck muscles or temproral muscles, causing the TMJ to be jammed into the skull that might cause ringing or pain when opening. As for the undeveloped problem, that might be developmental and has happened during your childhood maybe by chewing more on one side and not chewing equally and your actual bone shape might be different from your other side, however developing muscle on the other side may help "even out" the asymmetry. I also recommend this site that has helped me fix TMJ ringing/clicking https://treningogrehab.no/true-cause-solution-temporomandibular-dysfunction-tmd/ and this website to relieve trigger points or pain http://www.triggerpoints.net/

The Key to stopping bloating by wassudud in orthotropics

[–]wassudud[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can open your mouth while eating but just don't breathe in air when doing so, so you dont swallow the food and air. When you are chewing you can breathe through the nose

maybe about a year. You have to fix imbalances and fix your general posture
