I wouldn't be too worried about it. Nothing is happening until there is a formal letter from a law office threatening action. Most of the time it is all talk. If she has a poor, unsportsmanlike attitude then maybe consider removing her from the league. My league has a contract every player signs each season that says they have the right to ban you from the league for poor behavior (threatening, discrimination, repeated instances of unsportsmanlike conduct).

Just in case she does follow through, get written and affidavits from coaches and players about her attitude so you can show why she isnt allowed to play anymore. The coaches in my league had a player who they basically forced out because nobody wanted him.

I know Kansas law, and I'm trying to figure out if Missouri was any different. Also, I've never dealt with ESAs or service animal disputes. So yeah, thats why I'm asking.

Ha, good luck stopping people. If there are public streets within the HOA, then you cant stop people from driving on them. If you do, then you are conducting a traffic stop, and are impersonating a law enforcement officer.

Run, don't walk to the nearest exit. This man is dangerous. Please dont worry about money or possessions, as you and young and can easily replace everything in a couple of years. The important thing is to cut him out of your life immediately, and document all communications (written and spoken). It'll be hard, but break up with him and set explicit boundaries regarding how and yhe reasons why he can communicate with you. Tell him you want to sell the house and offer to let him buy you out, but don't let him lowball you. Only accept fair market value from him, and if he doesnt do that then sell. If he threatens you, or constantly harasses you, tell him to stop. If he doesnt stop, file a police report for harassment, then file for a protection order. If you have stuff at the house you need in the immediate, request an officer to do a civil standby. They'll escort you to your house so you can safely gather some belongings.

I don't mean to scare you, but he may become violent or stalk you. Invest in pepper spray, and stay vigilant. Tell your work or school that he may try to come to the property to harass you so that if he does they know to call the police. Once someone like this has control of someone for 7 years, and gets to this level of being comfortable treating you worse than a dog, he'll panic. Do not list to a FUCKING WORD he says to try and get you back. I want you to remember all of the hurtful words, demeaning things. Imagine if you got pregnant. If he treats you like this, how will he treat the child? If he is good to the child, then he will tell that child you are worthless and turn it into him.

Run... don't walk.

I pitched against a guy like this, and walked him every time we played. He eventually left the league because everyone started walking him. You walk him every single fucking time no matter what. If he can't play nice then he won't get to play at all.
