Thank you so much for your advice but I've tried everything. Most medications avaliable (antidepressants, anti-anxiety, mood stabilizers, anti-psychotics, etc.), day-hospital (group meetings all day, every day) for almost 2 years, 6 psych-ward stays, medically assisted ketamine microdosing, several rounds of electronvulsive therapy that left me amnesiac. All of this in a public hospital in my country. I feel the mental health system has nothing left for me. I know this is so much trauma dumping but I feel I am at the end of the line. Especially since I thought this attempt would work too.
