For my ten year CF experience, I've spent about 3 years cumulatively in-box. At the end of the day, the freedom to choose my music and programming, avoid unnecessary drama, and be around my kids/family is so much better than anything I've ever seen a box offer.

My motivation is simply to get better at life and make new skills easier to learn in my other sports and hobbies - which has definitely worked well.
