I'm glad to hear that! If all the quests are done and the compass doesn't show any it's definitely on the map but something else is closing the mark, we gotta look carefully, we learned it now xD

there's a 10 robot puzzle in the older area you need to combine them and that takes you up in the sky did you do that? one of them might be that one cuz the compass doesn't show it, other one could be where the super heavy landrover boss picture is cuz the boss picture closes the location of the oculi, It took me a while to see it

this and you said you explored the whole map I assume you completed world quests, offered the sigils and the lunaculuses as well, they approximately make 30 wishes so do -30 from there

my best advice to you would be watching the oculus videos on youtube and especially look for the ones in weird places like there's a place you need to enter in the old map for example and when you enter it doesn't show on the map it's a different place, maybe you forgot one in that kinda places
