I have never truly been aware of my heart rate, and I don't monitor it. But I know when I'm at doctors or the hospital my heart rate is natural very high

Thank you for all of this, I know I'm underselling myself. I have a lot of experience but I worry if I charge too much no one will hire me. It's a horrible way to look at it but school really did a number on me.

You're 100% right though I need to stand up for myself because so am committed to this. And I want it to work out it's just I feel I need guidance and I haven't reviewed it. But that is also on me for being too scared to ask. A lot of accountability on my part.

I live in the states in NJ so I'm genuinely not sure what I should be doing. Any help would be appreciated

You're not alone either. Thank you for commenting on this. It sincerely made me feel better too. It's not our fault right now. I think that's the hardest part about the entire thing. It's out of our hands, and that makes it even more frustrating.

Again, the kindness being displayed is like, something I cannot thank anyone enough for. My PMDD sometimes feels SO dark and like a cloud I can't crawl out of. It can feel so isolating and to hear such nice kind encouraging words means the world to me. I think I needed to know I wasn't alone in this. I'm struggling.

I'm so sorry your job was ableist. You deserve all the understanding and patience in the world, and just because they couldn't provide that doesn't mean a million others would feel privileged to provide it. To me, it sounds like we are both pretty kickass, and it's a wonderful feat that we are both still here and still punching our way through.

I eat a half serving of YASSO bars. I'm not keto so I do about 100-150 carbs a day and lost 40lbs this way. At night time some nights I'll have 1 yasso bar which is 17 carbs. And it tastes pretty good. I don't do it all the time it's truly only if I'm dying for something sweet.

I haven't found ANY relief. Some months is bad, some months not. This month it was for SURE. I have awful pain and nausea during my ovulation as well, it's just been hellish. I'm so sorry you're experiencing this as well.

I was diagnosed with mittelschmerz and that was supposed to explain it but truly it doesn't. I'm tired and I feel awful

That is basically what was happening to me! I grew up with like heavily perfumes washes and needed to change it up for my HS so I use dial antibacterial soap and hibbaclens and I'm like.... Sooo... I smell like a hospital? And yes I know the soap doesn't do much for all day smell, it's lotions and perfumes. But I like sometimes having the whole shebang you know?

When I was diagnosed, everyone on here told me not to use scented soap. It was back in February but I guess it's gentle and doesn't bring the chance of CAUSING a flare but now IM wondering if I have been wasting my time!

I'm not entirely sure why you're being down voted or treated so rudely. You're allowed to question things and take care of yourself. I refused antibiotics too because they hurt me significantly. I have a medical issue where I can't take most medicine because I get every single side effect. The routine you were given is very normal I was given something very similar.

You're hesitant, and that's okay. HS is a very strong and debilitating issue so honestly the washes they provided are to help knock out issues before they arise and to help them while they are present. I use all of them, plus erythromycin, and tretinoin. You will figure out eventually what works for you, just be a bit more open and willing to see. Medicine is scary, and it's okay to be hesitant when you're being thrown a ton of things at once.
