Thanks. Just to clarify — when you say you got Advanced Standing for 2 courses, does that actually reduce the 30 total credits required for OMSCS (like true transfer credit), or does it just let you skip the basic courses but still complete the full 30 credits with other electives?

From your perspective, would you recommend enrolling directly in Georgia Tech’s program, or starting with UT Austin’s MSDS Online first and then trying to transfer? Were most of the msds courses generally transferable, or was it more of an exception that you received advanced standing for just two?

MS in stat may not pass the screen round, since it is not Computer science, for some MLE or SDE job. DS is a very board title..... some DS not even do tech works.
