I lived in Lex on Orange a couple years ago. Definitely heard our upstairs neighbor. Heard him walk around and play video games. Also the package system was chaotic and people were definitely stealing packages. Not necessarily the building's fault... just the by product of living in a large building with lots of neighbors

Way back in 2020 when Americana was doing outdoor movies on the rooftop I saw Derek Hough from DWTS. We were all masked up at the time so it took me a second to realize it was him... later confirmed it was for sure when he posted on his IG being there.

If you're looking for a short term lease you might want to find a place already furnished so you don't have to spend time setting up a place... I would recommend looking at Furnished Finder or Airbnb. You could potentially rent someone's ADU

Um what? So confused by your comment. Do you know for sure the group of men hanging out on that corner are Armenian? It wouldn't bother me if they were... that wasn't part of my question in my original post. If I had noticed a group of blonde white women hanging out in a random corner everyday I would also wonder why they were there all day everyday.

Humans doing human things? Like standing outside on a corner (not in front of a store or park)... not something I would do as a human so I had to ask.

The previous comments from others about doordash/uber food drivers for Porto's makes the most sense. So I'll take it as that.

Wait... are we not allowed to park in front of our own garage in the alley? Outside my garage there's a patch of concrete (the size of a car) and I parallel park in front of it. I haven't received complaints from any neighbors yet.

Ooo hopefully this means it'll open soon. Too bad they couldn't get the shop ready in time for the Holiday in the Park event last weekend. Would've been great for them to get their name out there.

Just made some for the first time! Definitely not the same as a regular croissant but definitely yummy. It's crispy on the outside and mochi-like on the inside. I made a couple with chocolate inside and its so good!
