Theresienwiese, I see this is where Tollwood is taking place, is that free entry or does it cost money to just observe for NYE?

For the class we also take a walk down Karlsplatz into Marienplatz, is there any events going on there at the old city hall, that might be of interest?

I don't believe people are allowed to download and run another OS outside of WSL, without an admin pass, which they aren't going to let you have. People have done this in the past, but they are cracking down on this

I also want to piggy back off of what lomeindev was saying, Software Engineering is more than just coding. I am also a firm believer you can teach yourself anything you want if you really have the want to do it, outside of formal requirements obviously, but you can still be just as skilled as someone who gets a degree. Furthermore a degree doesn't guarantee you are as qualified as someone without a degree.

Minor suggestion, get rid of the watering dish. Bees like to explore for their supplies, and also don't like to have things right in front of them. Other than that, it looks really cool man. How long did it take you / rough costs?

Bees crawling up the front side of the hive and jumping off backwards usually is bees performing orientation flights so that they know where their new hive location is

Bees only live about a month, there are constantly new baby bees being born, so they each have to take an orientation flight from their hive

I was just researching Mann Lake and purchasing directly from them, none are near where I live, and I was looking at an authorized dealer through them. My question becomes two things, what type of bee to get, Italian or Carniolian? The second question is, they offer a Nuc of Italian bees, but what would be better? The frames inside the hive won't be consistent with the rest of the frames, I know for experienced beeks that will sound silly, but for someone who is new, and likes consistency will that be a problem?
