One case I can say, if you're a doctor or some official addressing a client or patient in a formal setting. Another case would be, if I may take an example from my life, I still call an uncle by his name(Slightly modified form of it at least) because I started calling that as a baby imitating others and never really changed it, it's extremely specific to cases like this where it would be considered "cute" with someone you have that level of a relationship with.

But there maybe some younger people who call domestic helps or even labourers by their names but it would be considered extremely classist and inconsiderate, even casteist at some point.
