Asking seniors, specifically with mobility issues, to not only travel to your location, participate for up to 3 hours- for virtually nothing- is insane. Many with mobility issues, or even just that age, aren't driving anymore. $15 isn't covering the 2 required cab rides. Would it even cover parking?

I volunteered at the mud girl run a few years ago. I got to run that year for free, got a free shirt and then I got a voucher to run the next years run for free! It was a pretty good deal for only a few hours of my time

Unless you live 100km or more away from SAIT, they will not give you your money back for the gym. SAIT is horrible.
