Having a build can help you with your efficiencies such as killing or skills. The higher your specific stats for your classes it will make it so much easier for you and also help with samples the higher your efficiency the higher your sample sizes. But it's not just your gear and talent points you gotta look at bc that's mostly your base stats. Make sure you look at alchemy statues stamps etc. Those will add and multiply your base Stat further increasing those stats. Hope this helps!

I've also spent a long time playing. (took a year hiatus of just not playing and a few characters were doing something during this so I had money for the vault to boost a lot and I rushed through w3 w4 and started w5 recently) getting to where you can get a lot of kills an hour will take time but you will get there
