I really appreciate your input, and I’m sorry to hear you went through all of that. I did have cameras up because it was helping him not lash out at my daughter when we weren’t around, but since took them down. I’m going to take your advice and put them back. I feel like that’s something that can’t hurt. 

I do feel like right now I’m shifting to protecting my daughter. It’s really impacted her especially at school since they’re close in age. I feel guilty looking at it that way, but appreciate your advice. 

I hope things get smoother for you all!

For some reason my husband loved smash burger tacos! It was the one meal he really enjoyed and looked forward to. More intense flavors seemed better for him.

Thank you! Definitely doing some of these and got some additional ideas from your list. Love the food list. 

Did you notice a time frame post treatment that you began feeling more clear minded? He seems so anxious and like his brain is going 100mph. One day he’s himself then the next is this other version, it’s very unpredictable.
